PNL HOST POLICY AGREEMENT

Pulse Networking LTD (PNL) is an independent social media company registered in the UK (No. 859197) that aims to provide an outstanding and friendly atmosphere. This binding agreement should be fully understood before proceeding as an independent host, as you will not be considered as an employee of Pulse Networking LTD. Thus, a joint venture implies that hosts are entitled to receive a commission within the platform’s premises. Hosts  are audio and live streamers and will take full responsibility for all taxes related to their income if applicable.

The following guidelines for hosts require strict adherence; please review them thoroughly.

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to register.  If you are under the age of 18, you may not access or use any PNL platforms. By accessing the Services and/or completing the registration process for PNL, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and can and will be legally bound by this Agreement.
  2. To avoid future payment delays, all hosts must provide valid information related to their payment systems. GCash is the only payment method accepted. Only if the “Audio/Live Streamer” does not have their own Gcash account, they can put the correct details of their “TRUSTED” Gcash account holder.

             Please be advised that PNL will not be liable for any transaction in the event that the “Trusted Party” denies confirmation of the stated transaction.

  1. Audio hosting and video live streaming are advised for everyone to get higher commissions. Open mic is advised to communicate clearly with others.
  2. Hosts are allowed to do live video streaming alone or with other people, including co-hosts and members.
  3. For live video streams, NO ONE is allowed to show minors (children) to avoid legal sanctions, unless accompanied by a parent.
  4. All hosts are advised to treat all members diligently and foster good interaction to promote a friendly and fair virtual environment. RACISM is strictly prohibited. Proper sanction will be given immediately.
  5. Professional interaction is a must, depending on the agreement of both parties (host and member).
  6. Promotion of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  7. To ensure proper service has been delivered, members should be treated fairly with respect. An English-only policy is a must.
  8. Protect all information shared within the platform that might be used against the other party.
  9. A host who does not broadcast content for an extended period (2 months or more) may have their hosting privileges revoked unless prior notice is given to PLN. Hosts have the right to appeal any suspension or termination escalated to the AGENCY OWNER.
  10. All activities are recorded by the PLN.
  11. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or guidelines, or content that we deem harmful to the community.
  12. Harassment act to get DIAMONDS are strictly prohibited. DIAMONDS are the official PULSE’S gift conversion.
  13. Host are allowed to earn as much as they can and have their commission every week with a minimum of $20 withdrawal request. Any amount below $20 will not be eligible for a withdrawal request. However, the amount earned within the period will remain on the host’s account until it reaches the minimum withdrawal amount, not more than 3 months after creating the account. Otherwise, the account will be terminated permanently. Please take note that the host can receive their weekly commission every Tuesday afternoon.
  14. All host/s complaints within the host community (host to host) should be escalated to the proper Discord channel: https://discord.gg/f7r6dvgZ in the proper forum section.
  15. All technical issues should be escalated with a complete screen recording and should be forwarded to the Discord channel: https://discord.gg/f7r6dvgZ in the proper forum section immediately. Please allow a 24-hour interval for resolution, as the technical department is located offshore.

  17. An open-door policy applies to all for a proper forum and immediate action.
  18. Newbies are mandated to reach out to their assigned AGENCY OWNER for assistance.
  19. Subscribers should be treated fairly with respect.  
  20. Verbal bullying towards anyone, including co-hosts/co-hosts, authorized management representative/s and members, is strictly prohibited.                  * *         
      • Deduction of 15% from the current week’s commission.
      • Deduction of 5% from the Agency Owner’s weekly commission.
      • Removal of the host account
  21. Pornography and nudity, or any act of obscene disposition, are strictly prohibited within the platform.
  22. Malicious information against the co-host will be escalated depending on the grounds provided by the complainant. It may result in a percentage deduction from the host’s commission, as approved by management.

 

 

 

  1. Complaints and refunds from the member’s side are a grave issue, as this will affect all hosts who received DIAMONDS from the complainant. Proper escalation will be applied. However, suppose the member has filed an authorized transaction from their bank, and the complainant’s gift falls within the billing period of the same month. In that case, a full deduction of all gifts will be applied.

 

NOTE: The punishment will be determined by management’s discretion following an internal investigation. Policy agreement may or may not be updated until further notice.
